Mary Putnam, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatrician who provides preventative and acute care for patients from birth through 21 years of age. She has a special interest in early childhood development, obesity prevention and asthma.
Born in Richmond, Putman completed her undergraduate degree at UVA before attending medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. She then completed her pediatric residency training at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
Putnam lives in Culpeper with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling and exploring state and national parks with her family.
