Walk-in Care: Get care for minor illness or injury on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bring insurance cards and ID.
Same-day appointment: Current patients can schedule a same-day appointment for minor illnesses and injuries, follow up, or physicals. We recommend calling in the morning for the best availability.
We continue to see patients with minor injuries and illnesses including coronavirus-related symptoms and we're taking all CDC precautions to ensure patient safety for everyone.

After regular office hours, a care provider is on call at 866.620.7020 for issues that can't wait until regular office hours. If you have a major medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Give us 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Families with three consecutive no-shows in a 12-month period may be discharged from the practice.
