Erika Z is very professional even if we aren't coming from the same place.
Always professional, listens to my concerns and always seeks root of the problem; not just masking with medication.
I was seen by a student doctor then the pcp came in and I felt rushed through. Usually my pcp is very compassionate and understanding. I stated that I was not comfortable with the service that I was receiving. I am still in a great deal of pain and discomfort. I will be changing my pcp.
