Lacey T Bryant, MSW
Social Work
Bio & Overview
Lacey Bryant is a licensed clinical social worker who works with individuals navigating stress, health challenges, and life transitions. She also specializes in treating anxiety and depression, helping clients feel supported, understood, and better equipped to cope with what they are facing.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that people are resilient — even when it does not feel that way. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight and strengthen coping skills, while also emphasizing the importance of laughter and finding moments of joy as part of the healing process.
Lacey has experience in hospice, hospital, and family service settings, allowing her to support clients through complex emotional and medical experiences. She also has a background in healthcare and aging and is especially attuned to the impact that life transitions can have on mental health.
She earned her master of social work (MSW) from Simmons University in Boston and her bachelor of social work (BSW) from Mary Baldwin College.
For those feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, therapy can provide a space to make sense of challenges and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
