Priyadarshan Kaur Tulsi, MD

Her passion for medical science and the joy of working with children led Priya Tulsi, MD, to be a general pediatrician. Dr. Tulsi approaches each patient with an open mind and tries to learn more about their unique story. Often, she’s able to connect to patients through her own experiences.

Dr. Tulsi grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. In high school, she enjoyed participating in orchestra and forensics. After graduating from UVA’s School of Medicine, she went on to complete her residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C. She’s been working in pediatrics ever since.

When faced with hard patient questions, Dr. Tulsi researches and consults with the best specialists to find the answers her patients need and provide the best care she can.

In her free time, Dr. Tulsi loves reading, hiking, volunteering, and watching mysteries while spending time with her family.
