A Dance-Based Fitness Support Group

Moving your body is fun! It also helps reduce the risk of long-term disease and improves lifelong health. Our fitness programs help instill this knowledge in kids, while also helping them have a good time.

Our classes include physical activity (usually dance-based Zumba!),wellness education, and discussion.

  • Introduce kids to exercise in a fun environment where they can support each other.
  • Help kids discover and develop an enjoyment of exercise.
  • Educate kids and their families about weight-related health issues and reproductive health issues.
  • Help kids and their families implement healthy lifestyle changes.

Classes are offered online through Zoom.  

Classes take place in 6-week sessions on Monday's or Tuesday's from 5:30-6:30pm and are free of charge.
