Dr. Wong is always very patient and takes the time to answer our (many) questions. She never seems hurried or rushed. I trust her with both of our sons' care.
Dr Wong is clearly an expert and was very helpful explaining to my children the risks of traveling abroad.
Dr. Wong has been my son's physician since he was born. Like always, she listened well at this appointment. I appreciate that she asked my son (now 7 years old) the questions about his health and habits and let him answer. When he had questions, she explained things to him in an age-appropriate manner. She encouraged him to speak honestly and never be embarrassed talking about his health.
Dr. Wong was engaged and very attentive to my son. She let him answer questions and speak for himself, and also appropriately included him in the counseling and conversations that were directed more towards me. She gave him a sense of autonomy and agency when recommending a flu shot, which he really appreciated. While he entered the appointment feeling very nervous and not planning to get the shot during the visit, after her kind and supportive counseling, he ended up accepting her recommendation. This was a major source of confidence in his ability to overcome challenges and to make good decisions for himself (...it was always my plan for him to get the vaccine, but I loved how it felt to him like his own decision).
Dr. Wong was wonderful as usual. She helped alleviate my worries and devise a plan of care that allows us to more readily address future symptom flares.
The Doctor were very professional and friendly, they treated my lovely daughter like princess. And pass my thanks to him.
