Nicole is and always has been such a great listener, a competent practitioner, and such a compassionate caregiver. She is confident and direct about care plans and pathways, which as a special needs mom, takes one decision off of my plate and it makes all of the difference. She treats my son like a kid and not a patient, she takes her time to listen to our concerns and always reassures me that everything is, and will be okay. We've been seeing her for several years for relatively minor GI issues in the grand scheme of things, but to us, it's our whole world and she makes me feel a little less crazy for worrying so much. She's responsive and caring and we're just so grateful.
Dr. Plowman was extremely good!!
I have not always felt Ms. Plowman has considered our concerns as the parents for how we wish to care for our child but this has gotten better.
Nicole is phenomenal. Made my autistic/ADHD kid comfortable (hard to do) & they actually looked forward to seeing Nicole. She made sure to remember what she & my kid talked ab out. SHE CARED.
The care provider took time to explain every thing.
Nicole listens to the patient and parent and has a two way conversation about best options for treatment.
