Halsey received her master’s degree from Shenandoah University. Honestly, I was disappointed in the care I told her I had 2 issues and she only wanted to treat one and she told me to pick which one I wanted to focus on. As a doctor I would assume she would try to help anyone sick or in need of care. Then I told her I possibly got an infection, I didn't test positive for it but they did not offer a follow up or anything. Definitely won't be coming back.
