If your child is currently experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988. This confidential support is free and available 24/7. You, or your child, can call or text to connect with trained counselors for immediate help and guidance. 988 is equipped to help with a wide range of mental health issues, alcohol and drug use issues, and many more.
