How Is Patient Experience Measured? 

The Children's Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (Child HCAHPS) and Press Ganey administer our patient experience surveys. These surveys help gather input on aspects of care like:

  • Communication
  • Responsiveness
  • Overall satisfaction

We use these surveys to improve the care we provide. We also make our providers' ratings and reviews public.
