Special visitors present engaging events and activities for our patients and their families. Whether it's sharing a favorite craft or performing music, we've been lucky to have some incredible people donate their time and energy.
Unfortunately, at this time, our special visitors program is on hold. But we plan to bring it back when we can. In the meantime, review the guidelines below to make sure your program is a good fit for our hospital.
Application & Scheduling Process
To become a special visitor, contact us at least 3 weeks in advance of your planned visit.
Once submitted, our team will review your proposal. Applying does not guarantee approval of your project.
Once the application is submitted, we'll contact you within 1 week.
Special Visiting Guidelines
All individuals or groups interested in visiting must:
- Prepare to provide a unique activity or opportunity for approximately 5-10 patients, as well as their siblings and families.
- Group size must be approved before the activity.
- Be escorted by hospital staff or trained volunteer
