Application & Scheduling Process
To become a special visitor, fill out the application form below. Contact us at least 6 weeks in advance of your planned visit.
Once submitted, our team will review your proposal. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval of your project.
Once application is submitted, we'll contact you within 1 week.
When Can You Visit?
We can schedule events and activities at the hospital on Monday-Friday, from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. Due to limited staffing, we don't permit special visitors on the weekends.
Special Visiting Guidelines
All individuals or groups interested in visiting must:
- Prepare to provide a unique activity or opportunity for approximately 30 patients
- Bring no more than 5 people as part of your group
- Be escorted by hospital staff or trained volunteer
