Support at UVA Health Children's
Gifts for Children & Parents
Jeffrey’s Gifts works to give children with cancer hope. Every child diagnosed with cancer receives a surprise bag full of goodies. They help distract children from their illness and help them cope with treatment. Parents receive comfort bags with fuzzy socks, neck pillows, and journals. The Centini family created Jeffrey’s Gifts in memory of their 16-year-old son, Jeffrey.
Toys & Comfort in the Hospital
The Jennifer Fund supports childhood cancer research. It provides toys and video games for children with cancer. It also provides recliners to help families be more comfortable in the hospital. Steve and Jenny Marshall created the fund in honor of their daughter, Jennifer, a leukemia survivor.
Help Paying for Treatment
If you have trouble paying for your child’s care, learn more about financial aid.
The Bradley W. Jackson Foundation helps families that have trouble paying for childhood cancer care. The fund was treated in memory of Bradley W. Jackson, who lost his battle with a brain tumor at 19.
